What is PTC?
Parents and teachers collaborating on achieving OCS’s mission and vision. We discuss ways to support teachers, student education, and fundraising activities.
PTC meetings first Monday of every month 6pm in the chapel (above main office)
Parent Service Hours
To keep the cost of tuition down, each family is required to contribute 10 service hours per quarter.
*An IBC/OCS background check is required for all adults who volunteer to work with students in the classroom or playground. Supply your information using this form or contact the school office to submit your background check.

Resources for Parents

OCS uses Praxi primarily for payments regarding tuition, BASK, emergency lunches, milk, and other incurred expenses.
Log in to Praxi using the school code: 4640
Enter your Parent ID. This is sent to you via email along with a temporary password once enrolled. Once you log in you will be prompted to change your password.
Here you can view billing and past payments, sign contracts, review emergency contact information, and set up recurring payments.

The Jupiter platform is used to manage communication from teachers to students regarding class assignments and final grades.
Log in to Jupiter using the assigned ID for your student.

Before and After School Kids (B.A.S.K.) childcare is available in the mornings starting at 7:15am and in the afternoons from 2:30pm–5pm.
For participating students, your Praxi account will be charged at $5 per hour per student.
Please RSVP to our office if you wish to have your student participate.
